your function at the
Charles River Museum of Industry & Innovation
Give your special
occasion some heavy-duty ambiance. Our historic, 19th-century textile
mill is on the National Register of Historic Places as America's
first factory, a memorable backdrop for unique social or corporate
events. Flexible seating/meeting configurations and catering kitchen
accommodate up to 300 guests, wonderful for Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, weddings,
birthdays, corporate dinners or meetings.
Treat
your guests to one of Greater Boston's most unforgettable special
event experiences. On our lower level, they'll enjoy browsing our
museum galleries, filled with intriguing exhibits of the Industrial
Revolution and America's tradition of innovation. Our main exhibit
gallery, with breathtaking 50-foot ceilings, is ideal for receptions
and entertainment.
Upstairs, the
impressive Jackson Room is the perfect setting for your main event,
with period-style lighting, brick and beam architecture, and soaring
windows with views of the scenic Charles River. The Jackson Room
is A/V equipped with a stage area for presentations or ceremonies,
